Providing a friendly and expert first contact to telephone and email enquiries from customers interested in our small-group, tailor-made and overland holidays.
Preparing quotations and designing complex itineraries to suit individual client requests and budgets.
Selling ancillary products to improve your client’s experience, and boost your earnings.
Processing payments, booking flights and communicating with local suppliers.
Working quickly and efficiently particularly during peak periods while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
Following up with clients after travel and building our repeat business.
Aiming for and exceeding individual and team targets.
Working a variable shift pattern to help us service our international clients. This will involve evening working on some days and a maximum of one Saturday in three.
Working hours are determined by UK times - Summer : 10-18:30; Winter : 11-19:30.

Qualification:
Have at least 4 years sales experience in an outbound tour operator.
Your experience should include designing and selling complex tailor-made itineraries and adventure travel.
Be a proven seller and get a buzz from making your client’s holidays truly memorable.
Have a wide knowledge of holiday destinations around the world (please specify any countries you may have specialist knowledge of in your application).
Have travelled outside of South Africa to a range of destinations (please specify in application).
Be self-motivated, happy to work as part of a team of home workers, organised, self-disciplined and a team player.
Have extensive experience of working with Microsoft Windows and be proficient in Word and Excel.
As this is primarily a home-based role, you will need to have a reliable internet connection and be set up for loadshedding.
