Qualification:
- Proficiency in Galileo (incl reissues and EMD’s) are essential.
- 4+ years’ experience in dealing with corporate travel in Africa – not negotiable.
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel
- High accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to be on standby after hours and alternate weekends.
- Passionate about delivering prompt, exceptional service.
