Assisting with the maintenance of Tourplan by :
Assisting with negotiating and obtaining rates from suppliers.
Checking that the rates received are the most competitive rates possible.
Query commission levels if necessary.
Checking to see how rate changes may affect brochure programs – both for the company and other operators.
Researching new products.
Assisting colleagues with any Tourplan rate and product queries.
Ensuring Tourplan data base is regularly cleaned out and updated as well as ensuring that any irrelevant notes or comments are updated or removed when necessary.

Qualification:
1-5 experience in the tourism industry.
Proficient in the English language, additional languages beneficial
Computer literate and proficient on Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Previous experience on Tourplan beneficial.
Ability to multitask and assist with additional projects when needed by Product Team Leader, GM or MD.
Prepared to work extra hours, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
