Job Description
- Process and respond promptly to all group travel requests ensuring that client specifications and SLA requirements are met.
- Ensure that clients are informed at first contact of all travel requirements – specific to destination.
- Carefully check all documents for accuracy and quality, and submit to the clients within prescribed time frames.
- Understand and apply all technology used for operational effectiveness.
- Apply fare and system knowledge in order to source the most cost effective fares.
- Process all visa requirements, where applicable.
- Continuously check and/or monitor changes to client profile sheets (CPSs) or passenger profile sheets (PPSs), update and advise line manager.
- Clear own Q at least three times a day.
- Utilise preferred suppliers for provision of services, where possible.
- Proactively monitor industry related issues and advise clients accordingly.
- Understand and apply Wings’ specific policies and procedures.
- Report all incidents affecting / involving clients and take regular guidance from Line Manager.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism
- GDS experience on Sabre/Amadeus mandatory
- Must have proven experience in the travel industry, specifically booking and ticketing group travel
- Excellent fare and ticketing knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills
