Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years in a coordinating role
- Administrative background or experience as a Personal Assistant
- Familiarity with travel coordination or customer service
- Basic understanding of office systems
The Reservations Coordinator is tasked with coordinating the reservations process internally and with clients. This role involves managing operational aspects of reservations, administrative support, and assisting with events.
Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, training team members, and ensuring smooth operations. The coordinator will also contribute to budgeting, task delegation, and project tracking.
