Requirements & Work Experience
- BACK-OFFICE / ADMIN function within a CORPORATE RETAIL TRAVEL AGENCY environment during the last 3 – 5 years
- QUICKTRAV INVOICING experience essential and QUICKTRAV Voucher System, Main Module, General Ledger exposure an advantage
- Enjoy working with Numbers, assist in Reconciliations, Data Capturing, contact suppliers for Invoices, Assist in Month-End processes, Receipting etc…
- Own transport
- Residing in the Northern Suburbs or West Rand
- Good communication skills, Proficient in WORD and EXCEL
Salary

Qualification:
Office Hours: 08H30 – 17H00 with 1 hour lunch break, Mon-Fri – Offices situated in Ferndale / Randburg.
