As General Manager, the incumbent will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the business. This will include and is not limited to Finance, Operations, Systems, HR and Client Relationship Management.

Experience required:
- a travel management background spanning many years, having worked through all the ranks of travel management operations.
- several management roles with demonstrated leadership and effective team management.
- several years’ experience in understanding customer needs and aligning these with the goals of the organization.
- ability to combine effective communication skills with detailed product knowledge to identity commercial opportunities.
- a solid track record of using your analyzing, strategic planning and negotiation skills to successfully develop business initiatives whilst maximizing profit, minimizing cost and driving continuous change.

- Managing the three South African offices and the staff.
- Financial control including budgets and audits.
- Effective management and implementation of systems and controls to ensure quality service.
- Compiling Business Plans and Management Reports.
