Job Description
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Process and respond promptly to all travel requests ensuring that client specifications and SLA requirements are met.
- Ensure that clients are informed at first contact of all travel requirements – specific to destination.
- Carefully check all documents for accuracy and quality and submit to the clients within prescribed time frames.
- Understand and apply all technology used for operational effectiveness.
- Apply fare and system knowledge in order to source the most cost-effective fares.
- Process all visa requirements, where applicable.
- Continuously check and/or monitor changes to client profile sheets (CPSs) or passenger profile sheets (PPSs), update and advise line manager.
- Clear own Q at least three times a day.
- Utilise preferred suppliers for provision of services, where possible.
- Proactively monitor industry related issues and advise clients accordingly.
- Understand and apply Wings’ specific policies and procedures.
- Report all incidents affecting / involving clients and take regular guidance from Line Manager.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12 plus diploma or certificate in travel and tourism.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate role
- GDS experience mandatory Sabre, Amadeus
- Competent in English Business writing
