Information about the role
Duties:
1. Accountabilities
· Use Amadeus and TPC tools to adjust the sell price of air for Retail.
· Review and refine pricing rules in conjunction with RM team.
· Liaise and engage with key stakeholders including air contracting, regional product & marketing teams, and merchandising.
· Utilize Amadeus Preferencing Tool to optimize results and maximize Margin growth.
· Ensure we are competitive and have optimum products on the shelf.
· Liaise with FCB Sabre regions on best practices.
· Report on results and recommend enhancements.
· Conduct and report on system testing (eg. Pricing tools, GDS)
2. Key Competencies
· Ability to demonstrate systems and process improvements.
· Must bring a good understanding of Air Fare Distribution Process
· Must be comfortable in a self-starter environment.
· Focus on results.
· High attention to detail
· Ability to drill down and understand underlying facts.
· Foster open communication / Listen Actively
· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders like Merchandising, Marketing, Air Contracting, Amadeus, TPC
· Good understanding of airfare content

Key Communication & relationships
Internal: Provide outstanding service to all internal business partners with high attention to detail whilst practising information sharing and problem solving.
Working with: TL & ATL, Selling Division, Supply, Content & Marketing Team

· Minimum 3 years: Amadeus Fare Expert & Margin Manager SME
· Content Control SME
· TPC Pricing Engine Experience Desirable
