Job Description

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries on CRM platform and identifying and assessing agent needs to achieve satisfaction. The CX Executive will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging requests that our agent accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
