Job Description
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries on CRM platform and identifying and assessing agent needs to achieve satisfaction. The CX Executive will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging requests that our agent accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a wholesale service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- 3-5 years travel industry experience
- Ability to work After Hours / Weekend shift on rotational basis
