Job Description
Team leader responsible to lead a team of approximately 10 reports dedicated to a number of global and domestic corporate clients.
Achieve divisional budgeted targets and market shares with regards to preferred suppliers wherever applicable.
Achieve Profit Targets
Implementation of procedures and processes
Ensure the on-going viability of American Express Travel Global division
Ensure that reports comply with company policy and internal control measures including Risk Management
Ensure reports chase up on cash collections and clear weekly ageing of accounts
Communicate progress/results achieved in key areas in a predetermined format and on a defined basis
Actively participate in key business meetings such as Finance Debtors and Operations meetings
Ensure the communication is maintained with CGM’s and Global Relationship Director to ensure professional liaisons with key internal and external customers
Ensure that we retain and grow our existing client base
Conduct 2nd line interviews with future employees and develop suitably qualified staff
Adhere to sound labour legislations principles and ensure HR paperwork is kept updated and handed in timeously to payroll
Actively pursue and communicate productivity improvement and efficiencies
Lead and/or participate in any project work as assigned from time to time

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Matric qualification
Diploma in financial principles
Minimum of 2-3 years Account Receivable supervisory experience / and or experience of managing staff
