Job Description

Are you an experienced intermediate travel consultant with an excellent customer service background and able to work with both corporate and leisure clients? ATS Travel (affiliated with eTravel group) seeks an intermediate with minimum 5 years’ experience working closely with the owner to give the ultimate customer service. Do you have good communication skills, a vibrant personality able to deal with clients to an executive level? Proficiency on Travelport and Galileo and good admin skills (attention to detail) is paramount.

• Good communication skills to be able to interact with clients up to an executive level
• High attention to details/admin
• Ability to work under pressure
• Admin – invoicing, reconciliations and statements
• Competent in reissues, and experience and in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing
• Work in a supporting role and as a team player to the owner but able to work independently as well and take the reigns if necessary(if owner is away)

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years flight experience with in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing/reissues
• Matric, travel certificate/diploma
• Good spoken and written english
• Excel an advantage

This position is also possibly open to an intermediate or senior (half day) and open to "remote working" possibilties.
