Job Description
1. TRAINING OF AMEX STAFF
• Development and facilitation of training interventions for all levels of staff up to Senior Management
• Develop, Produce and write own training material for staff members
• Schedule and arrange training interventions
• Conduct actual training and workshops
• Manages outsourcing of various training interventions
• Provide information regarding Training budget to HR Manager
2. SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
• Act as Skills Development Facilitator for AMEX
• Assisting employer and employees to develop the Workplace Skills Plan
• Advising employer and employees on the implementation of the plan
• Assisting the employer to draft the annual report on the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan
• Advising the employer of any quality standards set by BANK SETA
• Acting as a contact person between AMEX and BANK SETA
• Serving as a resource with regard to all aspects of skills development
Provide the BANK SETA with additional information when requested
3. ANCILLARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Update and maintain Teller Manual
• Manage and maintain bursary applications and processes
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Educational qualifications
Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
A Tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
Previous training/education experience would be an advantage
Work experience required
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Forex industry.
Knowledge of FICA, Exchange Control Rulings and Regulations and SARB Regulations and Rulings is essential.
