Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeffrey’s Bay. If you have a passion for marketing, content creation, and design, and are fluent in both Afrikaans and English, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Content and Planning:
- Develop and execute content plans for social media and newsletters.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel.
- Post social media content on time and integrate it with our CRM.
- Write engaging copy for product packaging, brochures, website, and enquiry letters.
- Create compelling newsletters and other relevant assets, optimizing for delivery and open rates.
- Engage in social care by answering comments and messages on social media to build and maintain an online community.
Design, Website, and CRM:
- Design newsletters and social media posts.
- Send newsletters using our CRM, implementing click-throughs for optimal engagement.
- Design brochures (28 to 35 pages) using provided templates.
- Add tours/products to the website and maintain webhooks for tracking marketing efforts.
- Assist with CRM management and updates to our Google Business Page.
- Liaise with performance agencies and other external service providers.
Sales and Marketing:
- Contact travel agencies to build relationships for tour resales.
- Conduct telephonic sales calls to prospective clients.
Reporting:
- Report on marketing statistics and sales figures.
CRM Management:
- Oversee the optimal implementation of Zoho by the marketing assistant.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and design skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and website maintenance.
- Previous travel experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Zoho is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time in our Jeffrey’s Bay office.
