The Administrator is tasked with coordinating the reservations process internally and with clients. This role involves managing operational aspects of reservations, administrative support, and assisting with events.
Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, liaising with team members, sales and quotations, and ensuring smooth operations. The coordinator will also contribute to budgeting, task delegation, and project tracking.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Matric ( Grade 12)
- Minimum of 2 years in a coordinating role . Administrative background or experience as a Personal Assistant . Familiarity with car rental services , travel coordination and customer service . Basic understanding of office systems
