Job Description
- Proven experience as a Reservations Manager, with managing a team of at least 4+ reports remotely.
- Experience within the Tourism Sector.
- Strong destination knowledge of Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe & Zambia is a must.
- Strong destination knowledge of East Africa an added advantage.
- Significant travel industry experience, ideally within the luxury travel market.
- Experience taking responsibility and dealing with major accounts.
- Experience in building relationships with new clients to instil confidence and grow the business.
- Reporting experience.
- Working knowledge of the South African Labour Law and dealing with the management of staff with regards to performance management.
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)

Qualification:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a management position.
- Strong destination knowledge on Southern and East Africa.
- Experience working in Travel Studio and Wetu preferable.

Working hours:
Standard: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00.
Global meetings: Due to the time differences between the various offices globally, the employee will have to be able to attend meetings outside of the normal working hours on a weekly or monthly basis as required.
