- Designing and costing tours with the team
- Understanding our customer’s needs and requirements and are able to know how to match this to a tour
- Managing the various deadlines and payments timeously
- Managing clear communication
- Be able to travel with the groups
- Be able to work in a team
- managing of department’s administrative and operational matters

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Global travel and comprehensive knowledge of popular tourist destinations
- Designing tour packages
- Strong Negotiations skills to ensure profitability
- Basic understanding of financial principles
- Completion of department‘s administrative and operational matters
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- At least 4 years of tour experience
- Speaking confident in English and Afrikaans
