Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Creditors Controller – Accounts Payable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proficient in computer use.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile creditor accounts
- Resolve complaints and queries within company guidelines
- Process financial journals
- Complete and submit credit applications
- Distribute remittances and proof of payments
- Maintain accurate supplier details and manage overdue accounts
- Prepare reports for management review
- Perform other ad hoc duties
- Assist with COD payments (Pre-Payments) and related query resolution.
Requirements:
- Financial qualification (Bcom/Diploma in Finance)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Quick Trav experience is a plus
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
