Provide full helpdesk support to all business units for both Hardware and Software problems, queries, maintenance, upgrades, installations and much more.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Must have sound working knowledge of upgrading and installation procedures for Windows XP, Windows 7 and Vista plus MS Office. Experience in desktop, laptops, printers, servers and network support essential. Relevant IT qualification needed.
