Job Objectives: The Supplier Vetting Administrator will be responsible for vetting the properties of suppliers to ensure they meet the standards required by Travel With Flair (pty)LTD. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and integrity of our supplier network.
Duties Includes:
- Grading council experience or experiencing in vetting establishments - very important!!!
- Conduct day-to-day interaction with Suppliers.
- Must be able to travel – nationwide.
- Developing effective relationships with both new and existing suppliers.
- Understands the need for confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and correspondence.
- Maintains a strong analytical approach. be able to draw fact-based insights from data to identify potential risks to the organisation and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to priorities and to work calmly when under pressure to achieve deadlines.

- Matric qualification is required
- Required Qualifications in supply chain.

- Cligit would be advantageous

- Candidates must have prior experience in vetting guesthouse and other properties.
- Valid Driver’s license prerequisite.
