Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in the Amadeus GDS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing comprehensive domestic and international reservations, including hotel, car, air, transfers, and B&B accommodations. You will facilitate client prepayment requests, accurately complete all reissues and refunds, and ensure the proper utilization of corporate fares. A key part of your role will be to guarantee that all fees are charged correctly at the time of ticketing, including invoicing and referral bookings, while maintaining an accurate invoicing process to avoid any un-invoiced tickets. Additionally, you will ensure that all ECC charges are invoiced the following day and that vouchers are accurately issued and sent to both clients and suppliers.
A strong understanding and adherence to clients’ travel policies and procedures are essential, along with the ability to advise solutions to any issues that arise. You should possess a client-centric mentality, consistently going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with TTS clients. Immediate attention to client complaints and strict adherence to TTS/client turnaround times are also crucial.
