About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing organization specializing in Travel. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in accounting within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
