Job Description
- Database, Product Development, Quotes, Tour Administration & Reservations, Quality control,Complaints and general admin.
- Guided tours, Pax between 6 - 165, depending on client and tour
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Able to quote both quote
- Client invoicing
- 24hr availability for challenges which might occur
- Able to do production work when a quote confirms
- Guide briefing and de-briefing
- Good supplier liaison skills
- Checking and signing off supplier invoices and submitting it timeously to accounts
- Good general administrative skills, such as organising , filing and gathering documentation
- Good Product knowledge . Activities, accommodation and vehicle suppliers
- Willing and able to take instruction
- Willing and able to work according to a deadline or short lead time
- Able to work independently under the guidance of a Line Manager
- Understand the process to formulate information to feedback to agent about complaints or concerns
- Willing and able to attend workshops and educationals with seniors
- Able to provide feedback after educationals
- MUST have a passion for tourism

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Tourism Management Diploma
- Atleast 2 - 4 years of experience in the tour operator
Destination management environment - Southern Africa destination knowledge
- Strong Excel skills
- German language -(read, write and speak) will be an advantage.
