Provide support to agents and obtain feedback from agents on competition/market trends and pass the information on to the management/sales head.

• Proficient on Galileo • Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal) with a flair for selling. • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the strong grasping & convincing abilities. • Has contacts with Travel Agencies • Good Team Management skills
