Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, quote, and sell bespoke travel itineraries using Wetu (mandatory).
- Close sales effectively and consistently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
- Sell and promote travel packages for South Africa, Victoria Falls, Botswana, Namibia, and East Africa.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our hybrid model to handle tour operations, destination management, and travel agency services.
- Be available for late shifts or nighttime hours to accommodate international clients in different time zones, maximizing sales opportunities.
Availability

Salary
Earn a minimum of R40,000 per month, with top performers in similar roles averaging R80,000 - R120,000 per month.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a travel consultant, preferably with exposure to tour operations, DMC, or travel agency environments.
- Proficient in using Wetu for quoting (non-negotiable).
- Experience with Tourplan is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Deep knowledge of South Africa, Victoria Falls, Botswana, Namibia, and East Africa travel markets.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and passionate about travel.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-traffic remote environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late shifts or nighttime hours, to cater to international clients.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup for remote work.
- Preferably based in South Africa, but exceptional international candidates will be considered.
