Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities • Queue from back office system's (ProTAS) queue to ticketing colleagues, distributing work.
• Queue PNR’s from Amadeus, Worldspan, Galileo Q’s to respective ticketing colleagues private Q’s.
• Double check the airfare and ticketing instructions given by consultants.
• Responsible for manual fare builds as well as auto pricing.
• Ensure all ticketing documentation is in place before issuing.
• Maintain Ticketing processes and procedures to ensure quick accurate delivery
• Working as a team with other colleagues.
• Issuing of VMPD’s according to consultants instructions.
• Adhering to ticketing deadlines

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Skills, Experience & Education • Proficient on Galileo
• Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal) with a flair for selling.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the strong grasping & convincing abilities.
• Has contacts with Travel Agencies
• Good Team Management skills
