Job Description
To ensure the safe, secure and punctual operation of Air Botswana flights. Responsible for effective management of Passenger Services Staff, effective liaison with OCC at ORTIA, Ground Handling Agents and service providers in order to provide the best possible on schedule service, identification and reporting of any hazards which may constitute a danger to an Air Botswana flight, provision of exceptional levels of Customer Service to Air Botswana Passengers, representing Air Botswana at the various Airport Committee Meetings, budgeting and budget control, conducting of internal inspections on operations, preparation of station reports

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
A Degree in Logistics/Operational Management or a relevant discipline including Customer Service training to an advanced level is required.
Load Control training, Aviation security training, Safety Management System, Emergency Response Training, Knowledge of SACAA and local CARS together with a full and working knowledge of the IATA AHM, IATA Carriage of Live Animals and ICAO Annexes will be a distinct advantage.
Ability to demonstrate passenger and ground handling acumen with ticket desk experience.
