Full reservation function for domestic, regional and international car hire, hotel and air travel. Process foreign exchange, travel insurance, voyager tickets and upgrades, conferencing. Issuing of VMPD’s, e-tickets, hotel and car hire vouchers and all related documents relevant to all travel procedures. Attend to all travel related requests pertaining to corporate and leisure clients. Process quotations, itineraries, invoicing, prepayments, bill backs and all travel related documents.

Qualification:
- Diploma in travel
- 3+ years experience
- Amadeus certificate
- Quicksoftware
- Intermediate fares and ticketing
- Visa knowledge
