- Galileo qualification & experience essential
- Tertiary qualification in travel & tourism advantageous
- Excellent travel product knowledge
- Corporate fares & general fares knowledge
- MS Word and e-mail experience
- Customer care principles
- Basic accounting principles / administration
- Able to process own ticketing, re-issues & rerouting
- Able to read, understand & apply fare rules
- Able to recommend logical, objective & thoughtful ideas & decisions
