Job Description
• Answer all types of travel sales and marketing requests and respond to all requests from agencies and general customers within 24 hours.
• Generate new business from Travel Agents and corporates by following up on all enquires and projecting a professional company image through all interactions with good Customer Service.
• Selling packages and creating new packages to market
• Flight and land quotes.
• Capable of producing tailor-made itineraries and advising clients on the variety of travel options available
• Handling all bookings from quoting stage, invoicing to producing travel documents.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Up sell products and services.
• Responsible for providing clients with accurate quotations timeously.
• Ensure that all bookings are processed correctly and visas are applied for.
• Good communication/telephone etiquette
• Other duties as assigned within the Sales Department.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Matric and Travel Qualification with minimum 2 years selling experience
Strong IT Skills with Knowledge of Amadeus and MS Office
Ability to work confidently with Internet Based Software Applications and Social Media
Excellent geographical knowledge and preferable that the candidate has travelled overseas previously
Team player that produces quality work that is accurate,complete and on time
Self motivated sales consultant able to work on performance based sales targets
