Job Description

Handling of quotes and itinerary planning for the international market. Processing of reservations from quote to final booking, including accommodation, flight & transfer reservations, invoicing and travel documents, payments etc. Speedy & efficient turnaround time on all enquiries. Working directly with FIT’s & Groups.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
* Excellent time management
* Strong admin and organizing skills
* Efficient communication skills and a good command of the English language
* Organized and attention to detail and working in an orderly manner
* Experience in working under pressured when required
* A good knowledge of Southern & East Africa and previous travelling experience would be a bonus
