Job Description
1. Accurate Domestic/Regional/Point-to-Point International Travel Bookings
2. Excellent Domestic/Regional and basic International Airfare knowledge on GDS
3. Knowledge of discounted fares / rules / conditions
4. Fares and manual fare builds
5. Process refunds
6. Advising clients about health/medical requirements
7. Updating client profiles on Galileo
8. Providing customer itineraries for all travel bookings
9 Ensure travel orders/written confirmation are received in advance for all bookings before processing
10. Invoicing of air tickets every day
11. Vouchers created for all land bookings
12. Booking preferred suppliers
13. Undertaking general administration

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Min 2 years travel experience in the travel industry. Must have strong working knowledge and experience on following systems:
Galileo (compulsory)
Quicktrav (will be advantage)
Papertrail (will be advantage)
Microsoft Outlook
Fares knowledge
