Job Description
Manage full functions of guest relations for travellers into Cape Town and surrounds including (but not limited to): meet & greets, luggage issues, guest problems or complaints, bookings and outsourcing, guests' special occasion celebrations etc.
Assist with site inspections and supplier negotiations including staff training with suppliers, educationals and team building.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Must have extensive Hospitality and/or Tourism experience with emphasis on dealing with guests/tourists and a sound understanding of the day to day operations of Tours.
