Take full responsibility for team of consultants. Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to, guide and mentor team members, liaise with Management and present weekly and monthly reports on all aspects of team activities, liaise with VIP clients and monitor team productivity.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Sound computer literacy plus Galileo/Amadeus a must. Minimum seven years experience in a senior consulting role with relevant leadership courses completed.
