Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Airport Manager
• To manage the overall daily functions of the airport office through effective planning
• To lead and oversee our handling agents to ensure they provide consistent customer service to our passengers
• To support the airport services manager in providing opportunities to develop the team through role modeling, mentoring and on the job coaching
• To be a reference point of contact for the handling agents and ensure they deliver “service straight from the heart”
• To lead and facilitate the ground handling agents through changes and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Requirements
• 3-4 years airline operational experience on a supervisory level
• Mature person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organising skills
• Able to work under pressure and work independently
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Chinese language skills an advantage
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Computer literate
