Minimum Requirements:
1.Matric
2.National Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management
3.5-10 years conference management experience
4.Management of a team consisting of at least 15 people

•Tender negotiations
•Presentation skills
•Capable of managing and meeting monthly targets
•Setting up and managing budgets – Staff Travel, Client quotations and internal costs
•Maintain and build relationship with existing clients and suppliers
•Strategic planning to market conferencing and events to new clients
•Set up and managing of Project Plans
•On Site Conference and Event management
•Able to prepare after conference summary report
•Resolving Client complaints
•Managing staff nationally
•Setting up systems, procedures and control
•Able to work well under pressure,
•Exposure to national media
•Good financial skills
•Knowledge of managing incentive programs
