Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for processing bookings into tickets as well as handling all ticket related queries and managing all GDS related work.
Helpful for the candidate to also have junior or intermediate travel consulting skills as the preferred candidate will be assisting in fulfillment of ticketing sales requests from both leisure and corporate clients.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
* Matric and Travel Qualification with minimum 2 years Retail Travel experience
* Strong IT Skills with Knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo and MS Office. Ability to work confidently with Internet Based Software Applications
* Must have ticketing experience, as well as outstanding fares knowledge.
* Minimum 2 years GDS experience working with Amadeus or Galileo.
* Experienced in Advanced Fares Refunds, Reissues etc.
* Excellent geographical knowledge and preferable that the candidate has travelled overseas previously
* Team player who produces quality work that is accurate, complete and on time.
* Self-motivated able to work on performance based targets
* Proven Sales ability.
Must be able to Multi Task. Strong Telephone Communication Skills.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be a good Multi tasker.
