Job Description

Take full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the Procurement System for leading Operator. Liaise with outlets, finance and systems teams to ensure smooth running of all processes and procedures related to procurement. Ensure best operating procedure manuals are constantly updated including item coding, pricing and price lists.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Understanding of financial implications re sales, cost of sales, profit and stock control needed. Must be highly computer literate - Accpac, Excel, Word, Outlook. Excellent management, leadership, communication and organisational skills essential. Minimum three years experience in a senior administrative role required. Must have drivers licence and own transport. Relevant business degree or diploma advantageous.
