Independent Agency specialising in Luxury corporate and leisure travel seeks general assistant with Galileo experience on either a full time or part time basis.
The role entails assisting experienced consultant where needed.Interaction with high end clientele is expected, and therefore the ideal candidate must be service driven with excellent communication skills.
Duties include:
• Answering of phones and taking basic enquiry
• Assisting with supplier quotes and basic flight bookings
• Managing Facebook account and social media interactions
• Basic admin & finance duties.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
The ideal candidate must have:
• Matric & Galileo certification
• Proven Galileo experience
• 2 years general travel experience
• Exceptional verbal and written language skills
• Customer centric attitude
• Desire to genuinely go the extra mile for clients.
