Job Description

Front-line position that requires the person to perform front-line servicing duties, monitoring and guiding handling agent staff, as well as perform office admin duties.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Matric certificate however university degree preferred.
Basic airport/ground handling experience.
Customer service oriented, like to interact with customers and relevant external parties such as airport authority personnel. English proficiency - written and spoken and other languages preferred. Working knowledge of PC and MS Word/Excel
