The incumbent of this role is responsible for managing operational facilities, logistical and front desk office services. To ensure that the company provides a well maintained and safe environment for employees. The purpose also includes a wide variety of procurement of and administrative duties.

General Details
Assess and record building maintenance i.e. assess the current state of air conditioning, plumbing and other facilities and equipments
Ability to manage the space of the building
Ensure that all equipments and facilities are working properly
Develop a system for evaluation
Initiate safety campaign measure for the business
Educate workers on the correct usage and care of equipments and facilities
Establish the policy and procedures that will govern the use of equipments and facilities
Acquisition and selection of the best contactor
Coordinate and supervise the work of the contractor to ensure that the work is completed satisfactorily and timeously
Constantly follow up on any deficiencies and make arrangements for contractors payments
Negotiate service level agreements and rates with suppliers
Liaise with the Health and Safety department in respect of good health, security and safety
