Job Summary:
Assist and monitor staff / ensure company policies and procedures are followed / run profitable branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate travel bookings
All invoices and land transactions captured on Quicktrav daily
After hour booking management
Customer Service
Preferred Supplier Support
All orders captured on paper trail daily
Staff management, performance, assistance, leave, time-off and training
Supplier account and commission negotiations and relationship building
Cash flow management
General office maintenance and support staff administration
Operations according to company policies and procedures
Today’s work done today
Required Skills:
Computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook), Galileo,
Quicktrav, International Fares knowledge. IR experience, Performance Management. At least 2 year supervisor /manager experience
Additional Skills:
Paper trail knowledge an advantage, team player, be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, adaptable, positive outlook, lead by example, quick decision making, problem solving and good time management.
