Job Summary:
Oversee all Operations / Update company policies and procedures and ensure
implementation / Smooth running of branches / Recruitment / Supplier contracts and
negotiations
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate travel bookings
All invoices and land transactions captured on Quicktrav daily
Order Management
Today’s work is done today
Staff management, performance, development, assistance, leave and training
Supplier account, bill back, commission, corporate deal /contracts negotiations and relationship
building
Cash flow management
Customer Service
On boarding of new accounts
General office maintenance and support staff administration
Ensure all travel office are properly staffed
Consultant profitability
GDS support
Assist and Guide Branch Managers
Afterhour consultant management and support

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Minimum Education Required:
Travel and Tourism formal qualification
Minimum Experience Required:
15 year experience in the travel industry including
5 years management experience
