TMC seeks a Branch Manager to assist and monitor staff and ensure company policies and procedures are followed, and to ensure that the branch is profitable

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Matric
Travel and Tourism formal qualification

Minimum Experience Required:
•10 years travel experience in the travel industry including
•2 year supervisor /manager experience

•Microsoft Excel and Word
•Microsoft Outlook
•International Fares knowledge
•HR and IR Experience
•Papertrail knowledge an advantage

•Accurate travel bookings
•All invoices and land transactions captured on Quicktrav daily
•Afterhour booking management
•Customer Service
•Preferred Supplier Support
•All orders captured on papertrail daily
•Staff management, performance, assistance, leave, time-off and training
•Supplier account and commission negotiations and relationship building
•Cash flow management
•General office maintenance and support staff administration
•Operations according to company policies and procedures
