Job Description

To train employees on internal systems used in Operations. Update and write training material and programs for trainees. Monitor operational efficiencies and conduct research on challenges and solutions identified. Follow company's Operations Manual and Policies.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Travel diploma and relevant training or assessor qualification( Certificate/Diploma).
Minimum Experience Required: At least 5 years’ experience in Travel (Operations) with sound knowledge of Galileo, Fares and Quicktrav.
Required Skills: Computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook), Galileo, Fares,Quicktrav and Papertrail. Facilitator and Assessor skills will be an added advantage. At least 5 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant.
Additional Skills: Presentation, excellent verbal, listen and written communication, patience, time management, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, team player.

General Details

Manage operations trainees’ progress.
Facilitate external and internal training for trainees
Up skilling of current employees identified for training and developmental purpose.
Monitor and assess trainees frequently
Write and submit reports
Research, update and development of continuous assessment of employees and trainees.
Attend to trainee queries and regular assessments.
Guide and Coach trainee’s
Liaise with other departments like Finance and Sales regarding any queries that are related to internal processing.
Escalate any problem trainees may have to Human Capital or Operations for remedial action.
Any other duties related to training as assigned by Management and company Policies.
