Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Computer Literate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Tertiary qualification. Preferably a B Com Degree or Travel Diploma
3 YEARS (minimum) travel experience
Planning and organizational skills, planning, problem solving & assessment skills
Oral and written communication skills
Customer SERVICE orientated
GDS Sabre, but not essential

General Details
Tour Organising for predominantly school groups i.e. Flight, accommodation and tour itinerary composition and bookings. Must be able to negotiate with suppliers / cleints etc.
80% Office bound.
Liaise with international agents, suppliers
Act as a consultant – first point of contact between the school and the supplier
Provide the client with adequate advice and guidance about all aspects of touring
demands/requirements and responsibilities)
Source flights from various airlines to enable Trendsetters Travel to offer the most cost-effective airfares
Negotiate prices with all suppliers to enable Trendsetters Travel to offer the most cost-effective tours to clients
Strive to improve products, programmes and service levels on a continues basis
Building relations with key clients in order to grow sales and ensure continues market leadership
