Job Description
We are seeking vibrant individual to join a leading global contact centre based in Cape Town
The duties include assisting international clients with airline reservations, fare quotes, providing flight information. And handling all queries relating to travel with the airline.
Skills and Experience required:
• Travel and Tourism / relevant qualification
• Previous experience in the airline / travel / tourism industry and/or contact centre environment
• Excellent command of English language (verbal and written skills)
• Experience in using Amadeus, Galileo would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to undertake intensive training of complex products such as fares, loyalty programs, help-desk services, ticketing rules, and airline regulations.
• Computer literate with the ability to work in multiple applications simultaneously within a windows based computer system.

• Enthusiastic and confident telephone manner
• Self-motivated, resilient with a proven track record of consistently meeting performance and quality standards
• Able to apply initiative to solve problems and improve work processes
• Calm and methodical decision maker
• Understands and values the commercial impact of decisions
• Available to work rotational shifts (including night work)
• Own or reliable transport
• Clear criminal record
