Multi National Travel & Tourism Company is looking for a Sales Manager with sound experience in a Business to customer envirmonet. The primary aim of the role is to drive peak performance and sales success across the organisation and to drive a strong sales culture through the implementation of robust and effective sales disciplines and frameworks. This role will suit a sales expert who has the ability to balance a strategic business outlook with a hands-on and supportive and development approach.
Responsibilities: • To expand the overall business • Develop and define a coaching program and content for Sales Staff• Identify sales opportunities and monetary gain through language and behaviour change from sales individuals• Deliver Sales workshops• Coach individuals for sales success• Liaise and create strong working relationships with Senior Management Personal Attributes : • Confident and proactive• A sales expert with a proven track record in sales excellence• Be passionate about a superior customer experience• The ability to work independently and as part of a team and be accountable for performance• Be flexible and agile in responding to changing priorities and emerging opportunities• First rate communication skills, verbal, written & numerical• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to handle objections and focus on solutions• Demonstrate the ability to reveal opportunities for continual improvement• Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships and deliver results• Shows initiative and the ability to be forward thinking, with uncompromising self motivation• Demonstrated the commitment, passion and activity required to succeed • Aspires to develop own skills and development within an organisation• A dynamic & Energetic Team Player
