Reporting to: Josh Slatem – Financial Accountant and Shaun Stober - Financial Director Designate – eTravel

Position Description

Duties will include:
1. Invoicing
2. Ccard swipes
3. Capture payments
4. Issuing proof of payments
5. Filing & office admin
6. Assist consultant with queries
7. Process payments in Pastel
8. Deal with IWC queries
9. Handle forex rates and international payments

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Matric with Accountancy. (Please note that this is a bare minimum)
2. Computer literacy – Microsoft Windows Environment (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook).

Experience:
1. Admin / Financial/ Accounting experience advantageous
2. Any Pastel knowledge will also be advantageous
