Qualification:
• Assist clients telephonically or via email • Acknowledge all online queries within 1 hour • Advise suitable products and services. • Prepare and process quotes within the same day. • Follow up within 48 hours. • Liaise with tour operators, hotels and airlines • Knowledge on passports, visas, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car parking, car hire, transfers, accommodation and excursions. • Process bookings including pre-seating, meals and any special requirements. • Confirm conditions of travel, in writing, before payment is accepted. • Create and update client’s booking file • Advise Terms & Conditions as well as those of the suppliers. • Ensure all necessary documentation is issued • Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where necessary. • Manage and control own queues.
Skills, Experience & Education • Minimum 2 years leisure consulting experience • Strong geography, destination and product knowledge • GDS proficient (preferably on Amadeus) • Sales focused with experience of working in a target driven environment • Own transportation and driver's license • Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passionate about travel and people • Computer literate with MS Office • Attention to detail • Ability to excel under pressure • Excellent organisational skills • Team player
